Join us for a leisurely 1 hour stroll around Birkenhead Park on Tuesday 13th September 2022, followed by a drink in the cafe at the visitors centre.  Dogs are welcome on this walk and at the outside tables of the cafe, the walk is also wheelchair friendly.

Our short, supervised walks are for those living with dementia, their carer and ex-carers.  The person with dementia must be accompanied by a carer.  Meet at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm prompt start –  Meeting at Birkenhead Park visitors Centre.  No need to book, just turn up.
