This month a leisurely stroll around Birkenhead Park  Meeting point is  : The Visitors Centre, Birkenhead Park .

Our short, supervised walks are for those living with dementia, their carer and ex-carers.  The person with dementia must be accompanied by a carer.  Meet at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm prompt start.

Wheelchair Friendly walk.
